Homes we hold
LORDSEC LTD lets homes the company holds. You write, we say which house is free, and we agree the rent and the length of the stay before you move in.
Write about a houseA let is a house or a flat we already hold. We do not show a shop full of keys. We send a short note of the rooms, the rent, and when it can start.
If the house suits you, we agree the stay in writing. If it does not, we say so and stop there.
The rent is the amount you pay to live in the house for the time we agree. We write the amount, how often it is paid, and what is included. We do not change it after you have agreed, unless we both write again.
A deposit, if there is one, is named in the same note. You can ask what it covers before you send it.
The note lists the rooms, the rent, the start date, and anything that stays in the house, such as a bed or a cooker. It also says what you look after while you live there.
Photos on this site show the sort of house and the sort of room. They are not a promise that every let looks the same. The note for the house you ask about is the one that counts.
People who want a home for a set time, and who can write clearly about when they need to move. We reply by email. Victoria Avenue is the office. It is not a showroom, and a visit is only if we agree one by email first.
Tell us how many people, the town you need, and when you want to start. We answer from info@lordsec.online.
